Here is how this works in practice. Ireland's luxury-hotel portfolio is unusually concentrated and unusually photogenic. This is why most of our hospitality reel work clusters around a tight set of flagship properties. We shoot Adare Manor in Limerick (the 1830s Manor House and JP McManus's golf restoration), Ashford Castle in Cong Mayo (13th-century Anglo-Norman castle, Red Carnation Hotels' flagship, Forbes Five-Star), The Shelbourne Dublin on St Stephen's Green. The Merrion Dublin (Georgian townhouse. Patrick Guilbaud two-Michelin-star).

Here is the short of it. Park Hotel Kenmare on the Ring of Kerry, Sheen Falls Lodge above Kenmare Bay, Powerscourt Hotel Resort Wicklow with the Sugar Loaf backdrop, Hayfield Manor Cork, and Galgorm Resort outside Ballymena in Northern Ireland (thermal village, Telegraph Spa of the Year). Each property has different filming constraints. Ashford locks suite-floor access to in-house guests, the Shelbourne restricts public-area shooting to pre-9am windows. Adare Manor needs McManus-side sign-off on golf-course aerials. This includes and we schedule around housekeeping turn, F&B service, and arrivals so reels never disrupt paying guests.

Crews are sized for sensitive interiors: one DP plus AC, a one-person grip-electric, an on-set producer doubling as property liaison.

Here is the breakdown. Delivery is sites-first. We cut 9:16 vertical for Instagram Reels and TikTok (the dominant booking-discovery surface for Irish hospitality), 1:1 for feed posts, 16:9 for property websites and OTA partners (Booking.com. Mr & Mrs Smith, Small Luxury Hotels), and 4:5 portrait for Meta paid placements. Aerials run through licensed IAA (Irish Aviation Authority) drone operators. Needed for any sUAS work over Irish airspace. With Specific Operational Risk Assessment for shoots over Adare's grounds or Ashford's lake-side approach. CAA NI permits when we cross to Galgorm or coastal Antrim.

Here is what that looks like on the ground. We set up with the IDA-supported hospitality marketing teams at Tourism Ireland and Fáilte Ireland for co-branded campaigns tied to the Wild Atlantic Way, Ireland's Ancient East, and Hidden Heartlands itineraries. Post finishes in Dublin with Resolve color and a graded master in Rec.709 + HDR10 PQ when needed by streaming-tier OTA partners, plus a vertical-safe-zone QC pass before social handoff.
